Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments can be booked online by using Fresha link and app or by messaging me.
Please note I am not able to answer phone calls when working.
2. By booking the appointment you agree to paying a non-refundable 30% deposit and also arriving on time. Please note that even a small delay has a great impact on other bookings.
3. After 15 minutes of lateness, I consider the appointment as a no show. In this case, the deposit is non refundable and another will be required to rebook the next visit.
4. For rescheduling or cancellation purposes, I accept minimum 24-hour notice. If given less than that, the deposit is non-refundable.
5. I accept cash payments and I am also able to charge your preferred payment method directly through Fresha.
6. By booking any Aesthetic treatments, you accept to strictly adhere to the aftercare guidance and understand that any non-compliance may result in additional risks.
7. In case of any issues, please always contact me first. I am a fully qualified and insured practitioner and your health and wellbeing are always the most important for me.
8. In case of any post-treatment complications, I will always offer my skills and knowledge to support you. When other help will be needed, I am happy to refer you to the medical professional that I consider beneficial in specific circumstance.
9. Finally, I do not offer refunds due to time and product used, however, I am always happy to rectify what is disturbing you and I am happy to offer additional appointment if needed.
